No, our subscriptions are completely flexible. With Puure®, there’s no fixed term commitment - you can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time with just one click. We believe in giving you full control and ensuring your satisfaction.
If your tap isn’t compatible with Puure®, don’t worry — we’re here to help. First, we ask that you check compatibility using our adapter guide. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a photo of your tap — our team will confirm compatibility or recommend a suitable solution. If none of the included adapters work, many of our customers simply choose to replace their tap with a standard model that has a removable circular aerator, which ensures full compatibility. If changing your tap isn’t an option, we’ll offer you a partial refund to cover the product — we only retain the shipping cost. No return is needed.
